Bullets should not totally overwhelm the player -- they should be manageable enough to deal with

Players should always use enemy bullets against them in smart ways to defeat them
ABILITIES OVERVIEW

Dash: Avoid damage by dashing through and away from enemy projectiles

Deflect: Parry enemy bullets away to deal damage

Tether: Pull enemy bullets towards you to create a combo with Deflect, enhancing that move

Freeze: Build a meter up to freeze time and redirect or dodge an overwhelming amount of bullets
